Dear Customer, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience at ZenithFeet.  

Please note that the delivery of your order is subject to the availability of stock.

Check and inspect your product upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has any mismatch in size or price, kindly return it to the delivery person immediately.

    For any assistance, you can contact our customer service on 01722-242286 (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, except government holidays). If you cannot reach us via phone, please report your issue through the report@zenithfeet.com mail on our website.

    ORDERING POLICY

    Services are only available for items displayed as in stock on our website.  

    The delivery of your order is subject to the availability of stock.  

    Each order will be shipped to a single destination address. To ship to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders for each address.  

    Orders that are paid for cannot be canceled.

    SHIPPING POLICY

    We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. However, certain factors may affect the shipping process, as outlined below:  

    We aim to ship your order within 2-5 working days within Dhaka and 3-7 working days outside Dhaka.

    Orders with incomplete or incorrect customer details (e.g., name, address) will not be processed.  

    Zenith reserves the right to cancel or delay bulk orders due to stock constraints. For bulk purchases, please contact our sales team directly.  

    Please Note:

    Your order may be delayed or canceled due to size or product unavailability, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances such as political unrest or adverse weather. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative solutions if possible.

    SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

    If your purchased product doesn’t fit, you can change the size within 7 days from the delivery date.

    **Conditions for Exchange:**  

    1. The product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.  
    2. Exchanges must be initiated by contacting our customer service on 01722-242286.  
    3. Exchanges are only applicable to the same product and model.  
    4. Please retain your invoice as will be required for the exchange process. 
    REFUND POLICY

    – Refunds are only applicable for orders that are pending, canceled or returned before shipping. Once an order is shipped, refunds will not be processed.  

    – Refund requests must include the Order Number, Order Date, Contact Number, Payment Method (Bkash/Nagad/SSLCommerz), and any other relevant information.  

     

    Refund Timeline: 

    – Payments made via debit/credit card will take 15-20 working days to process after verification.  

    – Payments made via Bkash/Nagad will take 5-10 working days to process after verification.  

    Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are subject to alternative payment arrangements. 

    WARRANTY CLAIM POLICY

    Zenith is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you encounter a product issue that complies with our warranty policy, please contact our customer service on 01722-242286

    Warranty Policy:  

    – Claims can only be made for manufacturing defects and must be reported within 30 days from the delivery date. 

    – The product must be returned to the nearest Zenith store, where it will be inspected for claim eligibility.  

    Warranty Claim Process:

    1. Contact customer service to initiate the claim process.  
    2. The defective product must be returned to a Zenith store, which will send it to the central warehouse for verification.  
    3. If approved, a voucher equal to the product’s paid amount will be issued.  

     

    Warranty Exceptions:  

    – Claims are not applicable for discounted products with more than a 10% discount.  

    – Claims are only valid for footwear, bags, belts, and wallets.  

    DEFINITION OF CLAIM  

    A product defect during normal usage includes:  

    For Footwear:  

    – Upper material damage or discoloration.  

    – Tearing or detachment due to poor stitching or material.  

    – Sole detachment due to poor adhesion.  

    For Non-Footwear (Bags, Belts, Wallets):  

    – Discoloration or damage to buckles.  

    – Material cracking or damage due to poor quality.  

    – Chain or handle detachment due to poor stitching.  

     

    Zenith reserves the right to reject fraudulent claims and make the final decision regarding claim settlements.
